Customization Policy
We are excited to offer personalized and custom-made products to our customers. Please review the following guidelines regarding our customization process:
- Customization Requests
- All customization requests must be submitted at the time of purchase. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate (e.g., names, dates, designs, etc.) to avoid any issues with your order.
- Customization options are available as per the product details on our website. Additional customization options may be available upon request—please contact us for more details.
- Approval Process
- If applicable, a proof or mockup of your custom design will be sent for your approval before we proceed with production. Please carefully review the proof and ensure all details are correct.
- Once approved, we will begin processing your order. Any changes requested after approval may result in delays or additional charges.
- We Reserve the Right to Decline Artwork or Text
- We reserve the right to decline any artwork, text, or designs submitted for customization that we find offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to content that is discriminatory, obscene, or infringing on trademarks or copyrights. If we need to decline your submission, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
- Production Time
- Custom orders may take additional processing time. The estimated production time will be provided to you during the checkout process. Please consider this extra time when planning for delivery.
- No Changes or Cancellations
- Once a custom order is submitted and the design is approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
- No Returns on Custom Items
- Due to the personalized nature of custom items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Damaged or Defective Products
- If your custom product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or other suitable solutions.
- Accuracy of Customization
- Please carefully review all customization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for mistakes made by the customer in the customization details.
